When eaten in moderation, pasta can be part of a healthy diet. Whole-grain pasta may be a better choice for many, as it is lower in calories and carbs but higher in fiber and nutrients.

However, in addition to the type of pasta you pick, what you top it with is just as important.

We all love pasta

We all love pasta and is quite easy to do, to be honest, but we all have one of these days that we just want to have a comfy meal with no efforts whatsoever! Therefore, I created this pasta recipe that is not just easy, but it has absolutely no meat, yet it’s no vegan because I will be adding cheese. If you prefer to add any other ingredients please do so, it is your way and I support you, clearly, you are hungry so without further due let’s start cooking!

300 g of spaghetti

Shakshuka Tomato sauce

Thyme

White cheese

Olive onions

Salt

Olive oil

Easy Healthy Pasta Recipe
with No Meat

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Once it started boiling add your spaghetti. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cute your white cheese into small pieces.

Now the final step: Drain the spaghetti and pour it into a bowl or a plate. Add 2 tablespoons from the Shakshuka Tomato sauce on top of the spaghetti. Serve it with whatever amount of white cheese you prefer and green olives on the side. Drizzle over a bit of olive oil and thyme.
