- 200 g of Ground beef
- 1 fine chopped onion
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Mix all the ingredients together as per the picture below.
- Form the meatballs to a kofte shape.
- Let them chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Cook them for 10 minutes on a medium heat with flipping the sides every 4 minutes.
