How To Make A Pizza That Everyone Will Love

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Water

Tomato Sauce:

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 3 medium gloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 200g sucuk
  • 100g mushroom
  • 150g mozzarella cheese
  • 100g shredded or any other kind of cheese you like

Let's Cook!

Making the Dough

Start with the dough. Mix dry yeast with warm water and let it sit while you start adding the flour to a large mixing bowl. Combine salt, black pepper and flour all together and mix with your hand or a fork. Once it’s all mixed, bring your yeast and add it to the bowl. Slowly pour warm water till all comes to a dough form. Add a little bit olive oil on top and cover it with cling wrap. Let it rest for at least 2 hours in a warm place.

Making the Sauce

Chop your onions and garlic but leave your pepper uncut. Put them all in a pan with a little bit oil and let them cook for around 5 minutes. Then add tomato paste and water, and let it cook for one hour on low heat. Puree the mix with blender and add salt, pepper and thyme.

Preparing the Toppings

While your dough is resting and sauce is cooking, you can prepare your toppings. Use whatever toppings you like at this point but sucuk, mushroom and cheese are my favorite ones and this is how I do it all the time.

Let’s Make This Piiazzzaaaa!

Preheat the oven to the highest setting for at least 20 minutes before you put the pizza in.

Now, bring your dough and gently divide it into two equal pieces. Shape them on a clean surface, add the sauce and toppings.

Lower the oven to 220°C and slide your pizza in for 15-20 minutes.

Take it out of the oven while watching it sizzle and enjoy this delicious pizza that will be loved by everyone.
